Why we think this is great: Authentic lifestyle imagery is a continuing trend in stock photography, with candid images showing real people and emotions becoming increasingly popular, overtaking more classic ‘stocky’ shots. we love this photograph as it’s a perfect example of a great image with a truly authentic feel.
Why we think this is great:Â Good quality underwater imagery is a current so when we saw this guy had been submitted we were super excited. Shelley from our Contributor Relation’s team is a big lover of sharks so once we’d seen this image there was no way we could get away with not including it.
Why we think this is great:Â Images with flat lay compositions and top view angles are increasingly popular with customers.
Why we think this is great: A great live news image needs be able to stand on its own, be of the moment, and be striking enough to cause a reaction. This stunning image of a woman reflecting at the TorontoStrong Vigil on Sunday has all of those elements and then some.
Why we think this is great: Images taken from alternative perspectives are a trend continuing to impress in the world of stock photography. Point of view images, close ups, high overhead aerial views, images from underneath, and wide angled shots are great ways to set images apart from the crowd by increasing the drama to create an eye catching photograph.
