Future Shock immersive exhibition at 180 The Strand

Brutalist architecture may not ever see a revival and its raw aesthetic will be lost forever. But throughout the world, its sharp angles and unforgiving textures have been welcomed by many creative communities.

has been showcasing groundbreaking exhibitions within the unassuming concrete walls of The Strand since 2015. And they’ve got another big one coming now.

From 28 April to 28 August 2022, 180 Studios is hosting . This will be an immersive experience that blurs the boundaries between the physical and the virtual – perhaps a glimpse into our future?

Expect to be spellbound by innovative use of algorithms for 3D digital mapping, holographic projections that’ll dazzle and ethereal electronic music to ensure you’ll be utterly absorbed. You don’t want to miss this one.

Artists include Ryoichi Kurokawa, UVA, Caterina Barbieri, Lawrence Lek, Actual Objects, and many more.
