Recommended sites to improve your photography

There’s never been a better range of online resources where you can improve your photography skills and as the saying goes, every day is a school day.

In this blog, I’ve highlighted a few of our favourite sites that can help you improve your photography but there are loads more out there – which others do you use? Let us know in the comments.

Online learning environment where you can improve your photography skills with some and an active forum.

A fantastic resource of help videos and tutorials to help you improve your photography and photoshop skills.

One of the best ever when it comes to equipment reviews, DPreview also is home to probably the most comprehensive database of consumer digital cameras in the world.

We’ve been a fan of the quirky video reviews on this site for a while but their “How-to” section is particularly strong and really varied.

Not the most flashy of sites, but especially good if you have older digital gear and want some in-depth info on your camera.

Regularly updated, varied tips, tricks and tutorials including practical info and software advice.

Try saying that three times fast….Great site updated daily with reviews, tips, features and news from the world of photography.

Help and tutorials aimed at those more at the beginner end of their learning but still very useful.
